           The mission of the WPFOA is to officiate high school football. To provide to high schools in Western Pennsylvania, the most capable and competent football officials and to ensure integrity and good sportsmanship. Every official must be certified by the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA).

            The By-Laws establish the Association and provide the rules of conduct for its members and officers under the guide of 21 articles of incorporation. To download a copy of the By-Laws (pdf) click here.
